WE HAVE HOPE BECAUSE WE ARE LOVED BY THE FATHER.

WE HAVE HOPE BECAUSE WE ARE LOVED BY THE FATHER.

John 14: 23 – Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Love from biblical perspective, not as the world define love, is very rare in contemporary world, to the extent that some highly doubt if love exist anymore. Yet the bible talks extensively about love. Indeed, Christianity foundation is based on Love. John 3:16 – For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

God love for mankind trigger him to give His only begotten son, resulting in eternal hope for as many that accept Him as rightly stated in the book of John 1:12 – But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Those who are truly born of God, not faking it. Those that their heart have been washed in his blood, their heart have been circumcised and their names are written in the book of life.
1 Peter 1:3-4 – Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

Resurrection of Jesus from death brings a lively hope. To put it differently, the death of Jesus Christ also bring about me and you to have a living hope of eternity, this hope is not corrupt, not defiled will, not faded away and is reserved for those Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, not of the will of man, but of God. Those who are truly born of God, not faking it. Those that have been washed in his blood, their heart have been circumcised and their names are written in the book of life.

The hope that we have in Christ is a provision of God. It is found in the promises God has given us – promises of freedom from sin. God will surely fulfill the promises that He has made to you and me. This type of hope is much more than wishing – it is a deliberate choice to trust in Him and be fully persuaded that He that has promised is able to perform it

Romans 5:5 – And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
Hoping in human can disappoint and brings shame only hope in God that does not bring shame, trust in the Lord does not fail, He cannot let you down, . Through the power of Holy Spirit, He pour His love in our heart to foster the hope of eternity

Patient is needed as we ran the race to our glorious home, Heaven, in the book of Romans 8:24-25 the word of God makes us to know that For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Romans 12:12 – Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

Romans 15:13 – Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Proverbs 3:5-8 – Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
